Hi,
Would apreciate any input re: the following: left retrograde dorsalis pedis artery approach using a microcatheter with catheter selection of the left anterior tibial artery. No intervention. Is this just a 36140?
 
Since the dorsalis pedis artery is considered part of the anterior tibial artery, I agree with your conclusion to use 36140.
