Wiki return to OR for revision of stiches

patient had lapro bso and had to return to the OR to redo her stiches because of nerve entrapment should i use cpt 49002? despite it not being done to control bleeding, remove packing or drain an infection?

49002 is reopen of recent laparotomy, which is not the case if she had a laparoscopic BSO. Was the repair open or laparoscopic?

lapro, i wasn't sure if there was a reopen for lapro since i havn't come across that one yet
