Rev cod e750 for 43239 and G0105 on the same claim denying by Medicare.

I am looking for advice on RTP claims we are getting for claims which we billed revenue code 750 for 43239 and G0105 on the same UB claim. I have done extensive research trying to find documentation related to billing these codes together with no resolve. When I call Medicare I am advised the two codes cannot be billed together however they were performed on the same day and should be billable. The rejections reason we are getting is listed below. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? What is your resolve? The Medicare
reason code is 31588.

31588-REV CODE 750 FOR G0105 AND 43239
FOR SURGICAL HCPCS IN RANGE 10000-69979 OR G0105 CHARGES MAY ONLY BE ENTERED
ONCE FOR THE SAME ACCOMMODATION REVENUE CODE: 36X, 45X, 49X, 51X, 52X, 70X,
71X, 75X OR 76X
