Can revenue code 636 also be used to bill for Skin Substitutes? Also, what is the appropriate revenue code for billing Lactated Ringers SOLP and NACL 0.9% SOLP 250 ML bag 636, 250 or 258? I'm finding conflicting information and I'm not familiar with this type of billing. Thank you!
