Wiki Revenue Code doesn't match denial

I have an outpatient facility claim for ED services that denied citing CO199: Revenue code and procedure code do not match. Below is what is billed on the claim:

I feel like everything was billed appropriately and I'm confused as to what revenue code UHC would like billed (I could not locate a related policy).
For reference, Commercial UHC under Bill Type 0131
