I am new to provider based billing. Our clinic is owned by a hospital and we are credentialed as POS 19 so any injections we do, the medicine is billed on a UB04. We are having trouble picking the appropriate revenue code. We have a printout of all the codes but the descriptions are a little confusing. Any helpful advice on figuring out the correct revenue code?
