We have a new ENT provider that has been doing procedures in his office. I'm a hospital coder, but have been given the task of coding these procedures. My question is about revenue codes. What revenue code should I use for scopes and simple procedures done in a clinic office? Can you tell me where I would find this information?

outpatient office clinic is a 510 revenue center. However many outpatient departments have a minor treatment room and they bill most procedures using that revenue center, typically 761, you can google a complete list of revenue codes and the UB-04 manula can show you the pairing of CPT code to revenue center.
