I am new to facility billing and need a little guidance on what is the best way of determining which drugs are billed under revenue code 0250 vs 0637 and 0636 vs 0637? My issues is with the self administrable drugs that we administer in the facility that have HCPCS codes, oral meds excluding chemo and factor and such, and iv administered drugs that are expected to bundle. I'm not able to find any definitive lists that breaks down coding for someone new to the facility side. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.
