Can someone send me a list of the AHA UB-04 datea specification manual which shows what revenue codes require HCPCS codes or tell me where I can get a copy of the list as it is different from Medicare and I am not a member of AHA. We are having issues with a carrier on this for revenue code in the 200's Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I was wondering if you could direct me to the list of revenue codes that require HCPCS codes for Medicare. I'm having trouble finding it on the cms.gov site.

I just received my CPC-A and have no billing experience, so I'm a little lost. I'd appreciate your help, and I hope an AHA member discovers your question if you haven't received the copy already.
