Good afternoom Listers,

If a patient has a total shoulder replacement, then develops and infection which leads the Doctor to replace the liner and the glenosphere, would you code as 23472-52 or use unlisted code 23929? If using the unlisted procedure, what comp code should be used? This is a new one for me.

my 2 cents...23472-52. There's no revision code for TSR.
