One of our providers has review lab work as one the the dx's. Any thoughts on the code for this??

I don't think there'd be a code for that. What was the reason for the visit? Maybe the reason for the labwork?
 
There were other reasons for the visit. This dx was listed last and I never have found a code for it. Thanks
