Can a provider bill for review of CPAP compliance reports? After patient gets CPAP machine Medicare/Medicaid requires report to be reviewed between 30-90 days. It is time consuming for doc to review these reports so wondering if there is a way to bill.

Hello,

Have you looked at CPT 99090 or CPT 99091? You may want to contact the payor (s) to see if they are payable codes? I know these codes are bundled into e/m services and would not be paid on the same DOS.
