I have a group of physicians who want to know if there is a code they can use that would support the time they use reviewing records. I know in the data portion of Medical Decision Making points are given for review of records, but they want a separate code. Any ideas?
 
99358 and 99359 can be used to code for non-face-to-face time prolonged services. They must be associated with an E/M service (either past or planned for the future), but do not have to be used on the same DOS as the E/M service.
