I have a coding question for you all. This is something new my providers are going to be starting. A few of our facilities are having a Psych NP telehealth with our patients. The med recommendation the Psych NP has is going through our providers. So since our provider is going in reviewing with the patient, ordering, signing off on the medication recommendations the Psych NP suggest, is there a CPT code for them to use? Would it be just a E/M established for nursing home / domiciliary, rest home code lowest tier or is there a different CPT code? My Practice Manager and I are stumped. Our pro
