When a provider pulls a pharmacy profile on a patient to review the number of times they have been on antibiotics for things like strep throat, ear infections, etc can this be counted in the MDM as review of prior external note(s)?

This would be for the provider to determine if the patients are a candidate for surgical intervention, not for prescription drug management.
