Has anyone purchased the 2011 CPMA Study Guide from NAMAS and have any good review on it? I purchased Medical Record Auditor last year and found it to be a GREAT resource, as well as the online practice exam. I still want to study more, so I'm thinking of picking up the study guide kit.

Any feedback?
