Hello. For the E/M changes of the adding "other qualified health professional"

do you think that this will qualify the RN doing lactation services and being able to bill that under the established patient visit?

Any opinions??

Yes, I believe so if the office policies, provider and state licensing laws allow her to do lactation counseling.
