Revision Mastoidectomy & Alloderm

My physician placed Alloderm in the mastoid bowl following a revision mastoidectomy. Then he layed the remnants of skin down on top of this and the postauricular incision was closed. I have 69601 with 15275 but question if 15275 can be used in this circumstance (internally).
