Revision Nissen Fundoplication

Hello, I have a Revision of a Nissen Fundoplication for recurrent reflux.
The Nissen wrap had loosened significantly.
The right and left limbs of the wrap were noted to be very loose and redundant.
Therefore the application of 0 braided nylon sutures were place to reform the additional fold of the wrap
over the previously placed wrap, which was not taken down.
Does anyone have a good CPT for the this Revision
