does anyone have knowledge on a revised Stamm ??
here is a clip of what one of my doctors did any thoughts are appreciated, before going to an unlisted code
The stomach was then inspected. This was slightly distended and then G-tract
was slightly displaced from the abdominal wall. This was closed with two 4-0
silk sutures. A new 14-French Ross tube was placed in to the stomach and the
balloon inflated. The abdomen was then closed using running 2-0 Prolene along
the length of Silastic sheeting and a sterile dressing was applied. Andrew was
taken to the pediatric ICU in stable condition.
