Hello! I can not find a procedure code for a revision of a peritoneal catheter (curl cath) 49421. 
So I am hoping some one can help me out.
The catheter was transected just below the operative field and temp occlued with a plug. A new exit site was made lateral to the previous cath exit site and the curl cath repair extension was passed through this tunnel. The new catheter limb was then inserted into the old catheter creating a watertight seal. There was no evidence of acute angulation or obstruction to the lie of the catheter.
I was thinking may have to go unlisted?? Any advice would be appreciated
