Our physician did a pocket revision for a Infusa port. He removed a Hematoma and revised by closing it in multiple layers from deep to superficial in such a way that there ws no dead space available for hematoma. The infusa-a-port was accessed and worked nicely.
The infusa-a-port was put in just over a month from this procedure being done.
There is not pocket revision for infusa-a-port but I was leaning toward 35860.
Proc 10140 does not include the work that was done for the revision of the pocket.
Any suggestions? Please!!!
