Revising patella and tibia components only

Would I be correct in using CPT 27487, which is actually revision of femoral and tibia components
Or use 27486 x 2
 
Patella is included

If this is a true revision, removing a permanently placed component and placing a permanent component, then your code would be 27486. The patella is included and not reported separately.

When it comes to knee replacements, only the femoral component and tibial component count.
