Is there a dx code for a mother who is Rh- (lacks protein) and will be getting the Rhogam injection but does not have the antibodies?

Would it be V23.89 (Other high risk pregnancy)? I know that 656.1x should only be used for Rh- mother who has already developed the antibodies.
