Wiki RHC denials for long term care visits

Starting 07/01/25, Medicare started denying our long-term care visits stating it is combined with consolidated billing. We are RHC, and up until 07/01 we did not have any issues. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have researched to see if there has been a change and so far, I have not found anything.
