We have a provider who works in our RHC. He saw the patient in our RHC and the visit is billed under RHC Tax ID and NPI in box 32 & 33 but the physician is listed as the Rendering Physician on the claim in box 31 on HCFA. He then direct admitted the patient to hospital and billed the admit services on 1500 under with his own personal Tax ID and NPI in box 32 & 33. Would we be able to bill the clinic visit and hospital admit since the visits are billed under 2 different tax id's & NPI's?
