I have a Fluoro guided right 11th rib subcostal injection I am trying to code… Can anyone offer any guidance?
The reports just says, a 22 gauge spinal needle was inserted into the subcostal region posteriorly at the right T11 rib. A total of 5 cc mixture of 2 cc lidoncane 1%, 2 cc Marcaine 0.25%, and 1 cc of 80 milligrams Depo-Medrol was injected.
