For procedures Right Heart Cath (93451) and/or Right and Left Heart Cath, can we bill for Blood gases (82803;82805;82810;83050;82375) or are the included in the procedure and therefore should not be billed separately? Also, can we bill for Activated clotting times (83457) in addition to these procedures?
