Cheif complaint is: "Rt sided pain and nausea on and off for 3 weeks." Dx is Right Sided Pain. I can code right sided weekness, but I don't think that really applies to this. Does anyone know how I should code this? Thanks!

When I asked the Dr she said it was right sided chest pain. Who would have thought? :o
