Wiki RIMA injection without cor.angiogram

Hi all--

Pt.had previous cabg and had done cath.yesterday and found LIMA-LAD occluded and SVG to D1 occluded. They decided to go with another cabg so wanted to see what RIMA looked like. They went through rfa and did selective RIMA injection. They did not do cor.angio.so don't think 93455 appropriate. What about 75710? Any opinions?
