Within the Risk table, where does the ordering of Radiation Therapy fall?

I would look at the reason this was ordered and could easily come up with high - One or more chronic illnesses with severe exacerbation, progression, or side effects of treatment. I could continue but I would have this as a high on the Table of Risk
