Hello: What comorbidities or other risk factors are considered moderate risk factors for minor surgery? Use of anticoagulants is one, for example. What are some others?
How about a patient underage 12 for tonsillectomy with general anesthesia?
Also with General Anesthesia: Surgery planned for a long time smoker?
COPD, heart disease, kidney disease, clotting disorders?
Obstructive sleep apnea with general anesthesia?
Surgery for an elderly patient with general anesthesia?
Some examples would be very helpful.
