If the physician states conditions like Menorrhagia, Amenorrhea, DIB, Post Coital Spotting, Leucorrhea, what risk category will it fall into- Low or Moderate?

Typically Low, the patient is at low risk of death or morbidity. Unless they are having abdominal pain that requires an ultrasound to diagnose a moderate presenting problem.
