Does any one know if we can bill a home visit 99341-99350 or Domiciliary Visit 99324-99337 for when an RN provides the service alone who works for a phys. group practice??


Any help and documentation would be greatly appreciated.

No you cannot as you are not a home health agency. You will have to bill using a supervising provider in 24 J and since he is not with her to supervise you cannot fill out the claim.
