Please advise, I have 30 + years nursing experience, and 9 months as MRA PROVIDER EDUCATOR experience, currently working as HEDIS nurse abstractor. Have applied for many coding jobs, but with my lack of direct coding experience, no results, any advice greatly appreciated.
