Hi,
I have an RN who does home visits and visits at a senior center. The providers write her an in-house referral for the home visits. In both cases she does BP checks, diabetes checks and education, foot care and wound care.
Previously these were billed as 99211 plus any supplies or tests done.

The documentation from her is very minimal but I am thinking that only the supplies and tests can be billed and not the nursing visits at all. She says that she is the Public Health Nurse so can bill these as she has. Can she use the home services code or are those provider only?
Any help would be very much appreciated!
