Can you tell me if an RN can bill for a 96373 and a 99211 in the same day. And if they can, does the prescribing provider have to be on site? Also, if the RN only provides the injection (96373) is this a stand alone CPT that can be billed?
For blood draws, can the CPT 36415 be billed alone as a stand alone code by a RN?
