Do you use phone automation to call patients for statement balances? If so, what company do you use? Do you have any figures on the revenue you brought in WITH the calls vs without?

A urgent care place I use to work for in California used emails and text messages to remind patients of balances due and lab results. It was a good system. Patient could email us or we could send them email messages or faxes of med records if had problems or questions on bills or lab work Etc. It was additional on software called Dr Chronos. Patient when arrive for treatment must provided email and accept credit card only for payment. So the patients were told if balance on account after insurance billed they get text, email and take portion of payment on credit card till paid. It worked great!

Thank you for that. I know some practices were mentioning that they bring in about 20% more AR using services like this. I'm hoping that figure is accurate.
