I see lots of posts on 15734 with open hernia repairs however, I am trying to find if something changed with Robotic hernia repair with ROBOTIC competent separation. I have a case that required a bilateral 15734 with a 49656. 11 hour surgery.
Everything I see if to bill out the unlisted lap hernia code for more extensive abdominal wall reconstruction done with Robot.
Any one else struggle with this scenario?
