Physician did a robotic parital nephrectomy followed by a full lap nephrectomy after receiving pathology results. Am i able to bill for both.
 
Based on an article published by SuperCoder October 15, 2009 I would bill both. The article refers to an open partial nephrectomy to an open radical nephrectomy after receiving path results. How are others coding this scenario?
