robotic resection of paraspinous mass

The patient was positioned for a left posterolater thoracotomy, four incisions were made for insertion of the robotic surgical telescope, mass was visualized within the chest. This was carefully dissected free of the mediastinal contents.

Does anybody have a clue what CPT to use?
