To the E&M guru's out there...can you use Allergies as one of the ROS? If the physician states that the patient has not drug allergies or if he documents an allergy to penicillan can you use that as ROS or does it have to pertain to hay fever, hives, itching, sneezing ect.

I'm getting conflicting information and would like something solidl; some say yes and some say no.
