HI~I would love others opionion on if this statement under the ROS is acceptable for a complete ROS...

Review of Systems: Is essentially negative. At this point, he is doing well.Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

No way would I accept that as a complete ROS - "Is essentially negative"??? WHAT is negative? Any changes from last time if an established patient. "Doing Well" can be construed as constitutional, but that is all I would give credit toward on this statement.
