Per below med report, is the review of systems statement considered complete or do we just count one for musculoskeletal? Report mentions date of injury but does not give actual date.

SUBJECTIVE COMPLAINTS
Right shoulder pain is a little bit better and she is able to avoid medications. She is going to work and estimates she cannot do more job duties than she is currently doing, which is light duty work. Physical therapy is requested and has not started yet. We are checking and scheduling for this. Cortisone shot was helpful and she is making some process with the home exercises and walking her fingers up the wall. Pain is 5 on a 10 scale, can still be sharp, burning or alternating with throbbing. She takes Advil occasionally. Ills worse when she tries to raise her arm and better when she rests it on a pillow and applies ice.
REVIEW OF SYSTEMS
A complete review of systems was performed and was all negative except for the systems as documented on the initial visit and those systems associated with the injury.
