Would "patient admitted w/extensive edema of right upper extremity and right fungating breast mass' in the note qualify for 2 ROS or would these be used only for elements? Thanks.
 
Is that the chief complaint? Reason for visit? Remember there is no double dipping. You could use them for ROS if you do not plan to use them for the chief complaint or history of the present illness.
