I have a physician who states he was told he could have a list of the body systems & check off the ones he reviews? Has anyone else heard that?

in what context is he stating he can check them off? Is he documenting the review of each system in addition to "checking them off" or is he suggesting he only needs to check them off without any documentation?
Thanks

in order to be "counted" he must list any positive response and any pertinent negative responses. Remember ROS is not an exam it is the patient responses to questions of do they have now or have they ever had ........
