I am billing for orthotic bracing for several doctors.. We received an ICD-9 code of 840.4 RT a rotator cuff tear.. One practice also sent the ICD-10 of M75.111 another practice sent S43.421A I am inclined towards the "S" code..
any thoughts... I think it's gonna be an uphill hike for a while.
