Can someone help me with coding of open rotator cuff repair with reinforcement repair with TissueMend? Do I bill 23410, 15170 and J7348?

Body of report states "it was a large retracted tear with massive tissue loss...we then placed TissueMend over the repair to reinforce it and this was secured with 0 Vicryl."
