My coding team and I are wondering if we should be using a different code for rotator cuff tendinitis. We've been using M75.91 and M75.92, but 726.10 maps to M75.51 and M75.52. What does everyone else use? Thanks!

I was thinking the same as its Other not Unspecifed. Unless of course the bursa is documented as what is inflamed.

Our shoulder surgeon just told us that M75.51 and M75.52 is more appropriate.
