My question is when coding ICD 10 for routine prenatal visits and there is a problem such as Obesity complicating pregnancy or anemia in pregnancy or Vomiting of pregnancy. Are those considered complications? Would O category codes be appropriate even though in the A/P it stated routine prenatal care?

For example would this be correct? O99.210, O99.01, O21.9.

Instead of just using the Z34 category?
